On a fresh offset this shouldn't exist an consequence http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=311821 simply yous might desire to have a await. The debug doesn't get every bit far as the window initialization (splash screen), commonly a graphic concern and information technology's just nigh at that bespeak the log ends, run across if you can come up with better drivers for a windows 10 machine.
Greetings!
It seems like I have the aforementioned or similar issue. It is a fresh outset (Kodi 17.one never started for me thought I went through a dozen installations). Please have a look:

I should notation that your outcome is not the same as the op, please submit subsequent new posts to a fresh thread.
Supported hardware (wiki)
Likely to be this ATI Radeon Hd 4350 DirectX ten.1 back up. Note: Due to changes in code information technology may be possible that older hardware/videocards are no longer supported. If starting of Kodi fails and so effort upgrading to final available drivers (or beta drivers). FTW: GPU that supports at least level DirectX version 9.0c and has drivers that accept correctly implemented DX11 API support. This does Not hateful you need DX11 simply in both logs you didn't get in to the splash screen. (if you lot did then there would be a chance to utilise software rendering). You may get lucky with a beta version of an AMD driver, merely in general, I doubtable the needed routines for Kodi Krypton is not here in this graphic card, You might entertain Linux or LibElec which are not dependant on Directly X or alternatively a legacy version of Kodi (15.2 is the last stable DX9 variant).
Kodi volition now load up and is running fine. What I did was change my screen resolution from 1920x1080 to 1768x992. Sounds similar a weird fix, only it works for me!
Well done - right diagnosis, PatK!
Updating to the latest possible drivers for the ATI Radeon HD 4350 did the play a trick on!
Kodi 17.i started for the first time. Resolution is pretty crappy, merely at least it is a step forrad.
Thank you!

I'm having the exact same issue. It crashes before information technology loads.
I have the Intel NUC with the 540 Iris graphics menu. I updated information technology just now like mentioned, and that has taken half dozen hours with my tiresome network, rebooting, and reinstalling.
I yet take the issue, though. I don't really think it's the driver because this problem did not start until I had to reboot the Windows ten PC because of Microsoft updates. I call up Microsoft did something, merely the mistake log doesn't say annihilation.
I besides tried installing an older version (19.0 is still in my downloads folder from the last time), but it still crashes on startup.
And then, I am non blaming Kodi.
But, could someone propose ways that I tin get about debugging this? Right now, I have no TV in the living room, so this is sort of important to go resolved. The family unit is upset.

I logged out of the role player business relationship (regular user) and logged in every bit the PC Administrator.
(Oh, yes I tried dropping the screen resolution down to 1280x720, only Kodi still crashes)
Equally the admin, Kodi nineteen.1 launches fine. However, I certainly do not want the PC in our living room to have admin access. Anyone who visits would have access to whatever, which would not be good. Kids like to install stuff that has viruses.
Possibly in that location is an issue with one of the plugins.
Is in that location a fashion to become to the player business relationship (regular user) and turn off all plugins?

I got it fixed for me, and here is what I did.
I browsed to %APPDATA%\Kodi\addons and moved all of those addon files to a temporary folder on my desktop (in case I messed something up).
When I launched Kodi, it had no more crash.
So, one of the addons is not compatible.

Slap-up stuff, glad it all worked out. Should you accept trouble in the future; delight create a new post (preferably attaching a proper debug log) instead of digging upwardly a 4+ year mail, although symptoms might exist the same, the gear up might not match. At this point add together-ons using python 2 have been depreciated, python 3 is the new path forward and are the probable stumbling block.

OMG! You lot are right.
I just noticed information technology says he was using 17.ane. I didn't have my glasses on before while working from the Media PC, and I thought it said 19.1.
My apologies.
